Great location, ocean view and spacious rooms. BBQ area and indoor pools are nice.

Nothing like their “Luxury accommodation” marketing claim. Great location, view and spacious rooms. Our two bedroom beach view apartment was very damaged with cracked tiles, rusted metal finishing and handles, broken doors, damaged furniture. Overall its expensive price doesn’t deliver. The lift doesn’t always work.

My family stay at the Beachhaven hotel 3-4 times per year. We love it! The location is fabulous and you can walk to the tram, Pacific Fair, Putt Putt, beach, Cavell. We don't need to use the car!

One lift was getting upgraded and another lift broke down. Thankfully the hotel staff were on to it and had it repaired overnight!

location.

noticed people smoking in other rooms when we had the balcony open, beds were not comfy, lifts were slow with only one lift operating to go down, water went off a couple of times during stay, pool wasnt open early.
