"A Happy Relaxed stay. The Reception staff were very helpful especially Indi !!"

We were in 5 C, It had been nicely renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The view was good and it was great being so close to Oasis shopping centre!!! Good having airco in living area and bedrooms.

The OLD cushions in the lounge!!!!! PROBABLY BEEN THERE SINCE THE SIXTIES!!

"Excellent in many respects but not all."

Sitting on the balcony gazing across the beach at the ocean was a delightful part of our stay as was being close but not too close to the main shopping area.

Before I made the booking I asked about construction in the area and was not told that the building across the road was being completely renovated and and had a crane that began operating at 7am. There was more than one detail of the unit that had seen too much wear and was disappointingly tatty.

"Best holiday apartments in Broadbeach"

Very clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. Beautiful view of beach & city. Three minutes walk to beach, restaurants & shops. Can't wait to come.

"Needs serious attention."

The location - close to beach and shops. Had a nice indoor pool and facilities.

The cleanliness of the rooms were unsatisfactory, the photos are very deceiving of what you’re getting. Rundown and unrennovated. The rooms are all different so it really is a lucky dip as to what you’re getting even if in a “better” category. When we arrived there was a water issue. Friends of ours had issues with a broken toilet and broken air conditioning. The outdoor pool was average, photos were a bit deceiving.
