"Exceptuando un percance, una estancia muy agradable"

Todo estaba bien, amplio, cómodo, limpio, y un precio acorde. Además había una empleada en recepción que intentó conseguirnos excursión a San Blas cuando era prácticamente imposible y allá delante de nosotros se tomó las molestias de llamar a 4-5 contactos para intentarlo, pidiéndolo prácticamente como un favor personal hacia ella. Da gusto ver a gente tan comprometida, profesional, y amable!

Sin embargo, una de las empleadas en la noche cuando mi pareja y yo llegamos después de cenar, hizo preguntas como si mi pareja no estuviera registrada en la habitación, y fue un momento muy incómodo, nos hicieron sentir como si ella fuera alguien que yo estaba llevando de la calle. La verdad, muy poco cuidado con eso y falta total de sensibilidad.

We had a very nice experience with Victoria Suites. There was an exceptional situation due to which we needed to stay in their sister hotel, Holiday Inn. The experience was very good, we got complementary breakfast and late checkout which helped us a lot. The lady at the Victoria suites hotel reception has been super kind with us
