"Nothing functions the hotel need renovation as staff who are bilingual!"

Location Was Ok .

When we arrived we wasn’t even greeted properly! Secondly the first thing the Frontdesk rep said was two of the floors isn’t working so we have to go to another hotel. 2. The rooms was smelling really bad the AC needed cleaning and because of that me and my friend got a bad chest infection. Bed wasnt spread when we came back, the sheets were so dirty!!! The housekeeper did a poor job at cleaning not to mention the bathroom! She did put fresh towels unless we drop the previous one used on the floor! The elevators wasn’t working properly it was a mess! Worst experience!

Everything is good Disappointment in the restaurant staff through ,, front desk, one gentleman, friendly, the others were OK Overall, just a hotel

Accommodations were OK nothing crazy it was clean. I felt safe no water pressure in the shower rooftop patio. Had a nice view. Gym was good. Breakfast staff rude didn’t go back. Went elsewhere ,,, front desk. Was helpful. Tour guide lady in the corner was super friendly, helpful, and made an effort
