30A Inn & Suites

Great place

We did not find this a place to stay at again. The room was furnished poorly, with a couch shoved in to a space that it didn't belong, no closet but a hanging bar with no hangers-later delivered. No dresser but a painted bookshelf attached high to the wall. A painted plywood open shelf "unit" below the bathroom counter top. No top sheet but a duvet only. Leftover liquor bottles/food behind the nightstand. It felt like a college dorm/apartment. It is a hard to find the building when you arrive at night. This is not at all what we expected.

Nice quiet room. Even with a wedding reception nearby we were not disturbed at all!

The table was broken the door was also broken wouldn’t lock from the outside

The property was great, clean and very convenient in the location. The only thing I did not like was finding the correct building. But a staff member was very helpful to lead us to our room!

This was such a hidden gem! Very close to public beach access, downtown shopping, hwy to get into Destin (10-15 min drive), pool access was also super convenient to the room! Sweet little balcony, that allowed you to view the grounds, which are beautiful, while I had my morning coffee and quiet time. There was a wedding at the chapel on site on Saturday night, the bride was stunning! It was very nice to be able to sit and watch the festivities from afar outside. The music was a little loud (during the reception I’m sure), and could be heard from our room a little. This did not bother us at all, but if you have a light sleeper, early to bed type person, I may would check to see what events are booked. The staff was wonderful, check in was a breeze and check out was even simpler. The room itself had everything you could need, except sugar! lol. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, coffee & creamer, teas, washer & dryer (they provided a few pods to use!). Would 100% recommend this little boutique hotel to anyone searching for a stay in this area! Super clean and close to everything, and again, a hidden gem!

I had a nice stay. It was close enough to activities to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet I enjoyed have a kitchenette at a hotel price.

This property was a real find. It is very close to the beaches of 30A and restaurants so a very convenient location at a great price. These are remodeled rooms and have all the conveniences you need and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job as the room was very clean.

As soon as I entered there was a broken table & it smelled like cigarettes. There was dish soap in the hand soap dispensers. I texted to inform the manager but she made it sound like I was lying so that was very disappointing

Sorry but this whole stay has been very disappointing and unprofessional
