Large apartment well appointed. Noisy no insulation between floors kept us up all night.

We arrived about two hours ahead of check-in time, and were pleasantly surprised to find our room already prepared. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodated our early check-in for a reasonable fee. The location is excellent, with easy access and not far from the beach, making it very convenient for our stay. The room itself was a great size for our family of four. We typically prepare breakfast and dinner during our trips, and the kitchen here was well equipped with good appliances (we only missed having a washing machine and an air fryer). The bathroom was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. We stayed for four nights and had an overall great experience. On the last night, we did encounter an issue with the AC unit, which started leaking water and stopped working. Since it was late, the staff couldn’t resolve it immediately, but the ceiling fans kept the room comfortable enough for us to sleep. We also appreciated their flexibility with our checkout — they allowed us an extra 45 minutes, which was very helpful. Despite the AC issue, we would gladly stay here again. The space is perfect for our family and the location is ideal. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

Clean and cozy

I love how at home I felt. And the pool is perfect!

This was the perfect spot for a getaway to see my son who is working in the area. It was very convenient to everywhere that I was trying to get to and extremely reasonable, considering how nice the property was. I will definitely come back and stay again!

Really nice place

Check-in was easy but there is no front desk. All communication must go through text or the app unless there is an emergency and they have a number for that. The room was clean but lacked a couple things normally found in a room. Like coffee pods to go with the coffee maker and a top sheet (just a comforter). I don't even know where or if there was a cafe. Things that did not work in the room: A/C would not turn on when we got to our room at 9pm tired after a long day of sightseeing. I texted and got responses very quickly with instructions for the A/C remote. It did not work. I tried everything but nothing worked. Had to go to sleep in a room at 82 degrees. Text asked if I couls send a pic of the remote showing all items on and selected which I did. No response other than maintenace is not working that late. They did offer to move us to another room but we had unpacked and just wanted to rest. (in the morning, tried the remote again and it did actually come on). The TV did not work and would not load anything...Roku live TV was blank (see pics). Also, the towel bar in the bathroom was pulling off the wall. Anyway, the texting led to customer service saying they were going to contact management to see about a discount. We will see. Overall I would not return since there are multiple issues.

The room was cute and I loved the location. The only thing that was disappointing was that I received a text saying I could extend my stay and get 10% off, and when I tried to, I received a response that said everything was booked.

Nice clean and very well maintained…location was beautiful and comfort was amazing

Our arrival was quite late, and to our surprise, the room requested had not been serviced prior to arrival. Unfortunately, the previous occupants left the place in complete disarray- including a blocked and full toilet. Fortunately, the hotel was able to rebook us into an equivalent room after we texted some photos of the conditions. Also, the elevator was broken and continued to alarm all night. The location was wonderful, very close to the beach and restaurants. We did not have time to try out the pool, although the nighttime view of it was lovely.
