The staff very were nice and accommodating. The pricing and location was good.

Room 1 looks like a jail cell compared to room 5... Room 1 has no paint on the wall, no fridge or coffee maker. The microwave was on the floor and had sticky stuff on-top of it. The TV was on a small shelf not mounted or up high and the shelf it was on was very dusty along with 2 very sticky remotes. The bed was maybe a foot off the ground and so uncomfortable, I thought I was going to fall through it or break the box springs because when I laid down it made sooooo much noise. There's a make shift closet that was built that has no hanging features in side so it's completely useless, better off removing it putting the 2 chairs that are at the bathroom door there with a small round table. No one wants to sit beside the bathroom door and not be able to watch the tv. The heat didn't work at all I was freezing during the night, I touched my heater a few times and it was ice cool (same with room 5 my friend said but they brought her a heater and not me) If I had 2 rooms that looked like room 5 I would be happier even though vacuuming behind and underneath things is not a standard practice as behind the couch in room 5 was food and garbage. Be a bit cleaner, make the rooms warm, and make aal the rooms inviting. So because of everything listed above only a eating of 2-3 because my room (room 1) lacked in a lot of areas and was not enjoyable at all.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in North America. The shower was so dirty it was yellow, and water was leaking everywhere. Not to mention the hair. We were so hot during the night that we had to leave both the window and the door open, and even then it was still too hot in the middle of December, it felt as hot as a heatwave. You even have to call the front desk for them to adjust the temperature. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were way too small and oddly shaped. The photos online are completely misleading. You even wonder if the owner rated his own hotel. It honestly feels like you’re staying in the owner’s house it’s really strange. I even saw people who looked like they were living in the rooms. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
