Faulds Motel

Room was very comfortable and clean, excellent service. Highly recommend.

Our room was clean, decent size, and the staff at check in were very pleasant. Also appreciated that the room also has a fridge, microwave and coffee. I would definitely come back.

Cockroaches, loud residents

Location was good.

Carpet cleaning was poor. Had to wait 10 minutes for hot water. The walls need cleaning and there were cobwebs on the furniture. The pictures on their page must have been photoshopped because it looks nice online. Had I noticed all of these things I would have stayed elsewhere. This was the worst booking I ever had.

I would like to complain about the room I booked on Aug 30-31, 2025. We arrived at Fauld's motel and checked-in, but we were surprised the room was not as advertised on Expedia. We booked a room because based on photos they are clean and free from insects or bugs. We know that it is motel and maybe a lower level than inn accommodations, but because it has a good rating on Expedia, I booked a room. We were shocked when we arrived because the room was not even cleaned and maintained well. The furniture is dirty like tables, lamps, and chairs. The floor is dusty. We even saw crawling insects. We asked the help desk if they are bed bugs and he just explained they are insects because it is summer season. He said the door was kept during cleaning. We were not comfortable to stay because of health risks. We requested for a refund, but the help desk said he can only give a letter stating that we can come back anytime and use the amount to book for one night. We are not comfortable coming back anytime because of this bad experience.

There should be a notice in the room asking if room should be cleaned.

Okay stay. Bathroom could be cleaner. Sheet on the bed wasn’t fitted so it came off. Not a bad location.
