The Bell Pool Villa Resort

Beautiful villas with large private pools. Each villa is self contained and perfect if you want to get away from the world! The resort app makes everything easy and you can order food, drinks, transport and more. But what truly makes it excellent is the resort staff, who are so attentive, kind and helpful.

Where does one start with this beautiful property and team? When my friends and I started planning our trip the one was adamant she wanted an all inclusive hotel. We found Bell Pool Villas and were amazed and at the value. My friend who wanted the hotel is now a villa conver and particularly The Bell. The villas offer everything a hotel does. Everything is ordered or booked via their mobile app. It is a fabulous tool. Efficient and reliable too. Your breakfast is pre booked the day before and at the time you ask for it. True to thai time keeping, right on time. Hot, fresh and plenty of it. You wont go hungry. We ordered the BBQ one evening. Unbelievable. So much choice and too be honest maybe too much food. The lunch and dinner menu offers a good selection of thai and international dishes and not at escalated hotel prices. The bar offers daily happy hour and full villa service. You can sit in the calm of bar area or order to your villa. There is an hourly shuttle for free to the main supermarket, beach and Cafe Del Marò (also worth a day out there). Again simply sorted via the app. The staff know you by name from the moment you arrive. Airport transfers were booked through the villa and half the price of a cab The villas. WOW. You are in your own little sanctuary. There are 16 villas and you dont see or hear other guests. Your villa is perfectly positioned in a peaceful tropical garden. The pool is huge and cleaned daily. You can hire pool toys at 200 Baht per day or just buy your own from a beach vendor. Plenty swimming towels are provided too. The villas are well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen (which we never used), indoor and outdoor dining areas, living room with large TV. Free tea and coffee replenished daily. Fresh bottler water is replenished daily too. Each room is a good size and has its own bathroom. The master is insanely huge. These are also cleaned daily. There is nothing we can say to improve the staff or the villas. We WILL be back. Thank you Melody, Ann Bradley, Rose and everyone else who made our holiday so perfect.

Beautiful property. Horrible staff. I have never stayed anywhere with such low regards for the customer. They have 0 services Their app is most of the time not working. So you can forget about food and quick services to the villa. Post 9 pm there is no staff at the reception and security is so weak that anyone can walk in at anytime. Do not recommend at all.

Excellent villas really private with excellent staff and the room service good is beautiful. A little bit away from everything but that’s what we wanted. Lots of convenience stores nearby for essentials. Can’t say enough about the team really excellent and not intrusive.

Lovely villa well suited for large group vacationing together. Definitely opt for the breakfast service-it’s definitely worth it. The resort itself is a bit isolated, so travel arrangements can be daunting. We enjoyed an in villa bbq and service was excellent.

The stay was good and the service was very good. The staff were very helpful and helped plan everything for us.

We enjoyed our time at this property. This is our 2nd visit and would come again should we find ourselves back in Phuket. The staff are nice and place is pleasant and clean. We probably wouldn’t book with breakfast included again though, and would just order it on occasion. Better bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Due to a ‘slightly’delayed ( due to going to Singapore unexpectedly- thanks Qatar airways) late arrival meant we missed our booked transfer so the reception sorted this for us. Arrived in the evening and the villa looked beautiful with the pool lit up at night and the team couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating to our requests. Our villa was absolutely tranquil and just what we wanted, beautiful nature and greenery around the whole villa! In the daylight it did reveal that it needed a bit of extra love and some deep cleaning but I will send the pictures to the management as not for here. The housekeeping team were so friendly and came every day to tidy us up! The reception and shuttle staff were also excellent apart from a couple of times they forgot us but hey we were on holiday so no big hassle nothing to rush around for! The room service was so efficient and always checked if they thought we had accidentally ordered more wine than we thought… nope definitely two bottles and not two glasses! We loved our stay and would most definitely come back to such a welcoming place. All the team from reception, drivers, housekeeping, gardeners and our pool man are an asset .

We have really enjoyed our stay at The Bell. The villa with private pool is fantastic and super relaxing. The app is a great touch, making it easy to order food, transportion and arrange excursions. The staff have been very kind and super helpful. They are quick to respond to messages in the app. Definitely recommend.
