juSTa MG Road Hotel 

I stayed in Justa MG road for 15 days as I just shifted to Bengaluru. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. It is an amazing property. Madhu and Shankar were very helpful during this stay.

I visited Bangalore on official purpose and stayed in this hotel for 7 days. Very nice property, Good Location in MG road with access to Shopping malls and restaurants. Staffs are friendly and always ready to serve our needs. I wil thank Mr. Madhusudan and Mr. Prasad in Front desk and Binoy in H.K. for making my stay comfortable. I will always stay in this hotel when ever I am in Bangalore. Thanks Justa MG Hotel for the wonderful experience

A good hotel, with plenty of room space, friendly staff and literally next door to the Metro(no noise!) Yes, it's not perfect, but for its price and location it's great. There's a variety of restaurants nearby, and one stop along the Metro puts you in the centre of the MG Road. Staff were very friendly and efficient too.

It was okayish. The pillows had stains and the floor did not look clean. The window with the exhaust in the washroom had a glass piece missing. There was a lot of noise early morning from the 1st floor. Staff at the reception and restaurant and the security were very good. Ashok at the reception in the nite was very caring and helpful. Tea in the morning with the breakfast was pathetic, coffee was excellent.

Excellent hotel to stay while your trip to Bangalore. Good Hospitality, clean rooms, excellent amenities, good food and the staff are really cordial and service oriented. Hotel is located in the the center of the city at MG road near trinity metro station. Staff like Mohammed Baasha, duty manager at front office are an epitome of service excellence.. A WOW feeling... Comfortable... An at home feeling...

Recommend.. Good hospitality and care taken by staffs. Mr Mohammed Pasha front duty manager was very helpful. Food is tasty and homely. Rooms ate neat and clean. 10 metres distance to reach Trinity Metro Station on MG Road.

The hotel and service was very good. They gave me an upgrade without any extra charge. The breakfast spread and the food was good. The staff was very cooperative. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would surely recommend this place.

Great location, accessible to prime areas in less than 10 minutes. They could use better service when an extra bed was requested. In our case, there were limited comforters / pillows for the extra bed, even when requested.

I have stayed here a few times and while the staff are unfailingly nice, helpful and professional, the rooms are getting worse and worse. This time the fabric on the chairs was badly ripped with the filling showing, water stains down the wall, sink slowly coming off the wall and the towel rail doing the same. Don't start me on the degree in hydraulics needed to figure out to get a warm shower - is there something wrong with installing a normal hot and cold tap? The shower pressure was lousy and between 10-7 no hot water. apparently guests are meant to arrive at convenient hours and not need a shower after traveling all day... When I first started, this was a solid 4 star hotel. Based on the rooms, struggling to get 3 now.

1) No hot water even though their plumber came multiple times and said it was fixed. 2) Long hair in laundry after clothes came back from wash. 3) Electricity kept going ON and OFF throughout one of the days.
