juSTa MG Road Hotel 

We chose a suite as we were three adults. The suite had sufficient space and we really liked the room decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was quite adequate and nice. The location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again - thank you for a lovely stay!

Checked into the hotel on May 28th, 2015 and had to checked right back out. Was given a run down room on the ground floor with water leaking from the roof. Never again. Thanks to hotels.com got an immediate booking at Lemon Tree, Ulsoor. Stay Away from this hotel.

I will start with positive . The location is good apart from that everything is no no . The reception is so unfriendly and dont know what hospitality means . I checked in for couple of hours rest and all i got was half an hour less arguing about id card etc. They want all the guests Id cards even if you show them Id of person who booked they will not be satisfied . And Expedia nowhere mentioned that all the guest staying should need a Id card to check into this Hotel . The rooms are pretty small .

I booked the hotel online thinking it would be a contemporary new property with great room and other facilities. The hotel location was mentioned as MG Road, though it is slightly off MG Road, nowhere close to the main areas of MG Road. Was difficult to locate by the local taxi driver. Though I was alone at the check in it took me more than 10 minutes to check in. The staff was too slow.. The room was average, nothing to speak about. Bathroom was OK...clean but very basic and less choice of toiletries. Overall at this price we get a much better and contemporary, aesthetic room with good lighting. The aura of the place was very dull and so was the staff. Will never recommend to anyone nor would I stay there ever.

We stayed in different hotels throughout Bangalore for almost two weeks and I have to say this one by far was one of the best we have ever stayed at! Not to mention this hotel wasn't terribly expensive either. Upon checking in the friendly staff greeted us with a fresh cup of orange juice and showed us to our room. The room had a very peaceful modern decor with beautiful paintings on the wall I almost felt like I was staying in an art gallery. The bathroom was very modern and up to date as well. The thing I was very impressed by at this hotel was the food. At this point of our trip we really wanted something that wasn't curry so we ordered the fish and chips and OMG it was the best fish and chips I have had in a long time! My only complaint is that this place is just a little hard to find. The hotel is tucked away on a small road off of MG road near the Trinity metro station. I really think they can use a sign on that road showing where it is.

I've stayed here a couple of times before and I find the hotel very convenient location-wise and the staff friendly. There are a few inconveniences - the electric sockets are only compatible with Indian (and perhaps some European) plugs and not with North American ones (dual-type sockets are fairly common in other places). The phones don't have a listing for in-hotel services because everything is handled by the front-desk (dial 9), but if you're not aware of this, you have no idea as to what number to call for the service you want. The air-conditioning and lockers do not work at times but the front-desk is usually good about getting things fixed. Finally, it is highly likely that you can walk up to the restaurant and not find anyone to serve you - you have to go to the kitchen at the other end of the hallway and ask for someone. Having said this, the hotel is a great deal and I will definitely stay there again.

We've stayed here a few times. It is a nice hotel in a convenient location in Bangalore. Next to the metro, walking distance to lots of shopping, etc. They have a nice breakfast buffet in the mornings. My only complaint is that I noticed that over time they are not being diligent in making repairs, things are starting to look pretty worn and banged up. I would stay there again in the near future, but if they don't get serious about keeping things nice I would be hesitant in the long term.

Spent two separate visits at juSTa. Reasonable rooms, reasonably clean. Fresh paint on the walls would help. Breakfasts were fair, nothing amazing. Overall would recommend and rate as good to very good, excellent would be a stretch.

This is a small hotel - i think about 45 rooms so the feel is very homely. The promptness and attention to service is excellent. Breakfast is good -continental breakfast menu in addition to Indian breakfast - a different menu every morning. The bathroom is dry - which is very suitable for me coming from US. Everyday they provide complimentary bottle of water when they clean the room. The only short coming would be the maintenance - 4th floor restaurant roof needs fixing. Over all very satisfied and will stay there again.

The Justa Hotel ended up being a great spot for my colleague and myself. We needed to do work from the hotel and the wifi access was fast enough and available for the full day. The breakfast was substantial and lasted until 10:30, which was great after an early morning meeting. Staff was helpful and attentive. Thanks!
