juSTa MG Road Hotel 

The location of the hotel was great. The room service was very slow and the bed were not really up to the standard of a 4 star hotel.The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I was influenced by other Expedia reviews and my experience was consistent with my expectations. The Justa is a great value, good locations and had a fantastic breakfast on the top floor (highlighted by chef-prepared omelet which was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again. Only issue was a few nails protruding on a wooden chair outside that they need to fix - hope hotel is reading this. Another positive was that I left my blazer behind, and had an email answered quickly and the blazer sent out right away - very responsive service and no hassle.

Sign outside says "Small Luxury Hotel" and indeed it is, reception manager Shjam (know that just reads wrong) was super friendly and everything was in order. Room is very nice and great quality and seemed relatively new all around.

Stay was excellent, felt quite at home at the hotel. Fantastic service by the entire staff. Bathroom was modern and super clean, in fact this was indeed a super plus situation.

I reached around 11 PM on the day of my booking and the receptionist said "Since you are late, your room has been given to maintenance and we do not have any other room left for you". And then they shifted me to another hotel of Justa chain, which was around 1-2 km from this hotel. So the remaining review is for the next hotel of Justa (i guess it was off MG Road)... The next hotel was near to impossible to find due to lake of directions... somehow the auto rickshaw driver found the hotel, and then the room which was given to me was full of mosquitoes. When i complained about it, room service guy showed the mosquito repellant is already in the room (apparently it was not effective). And then the room service offered me a stick to kill mosquitoes yourself. How can this hotel call themself luxury hotels. Worst hotel stay in Bangalore.

It's comfortable, save and peaceful in the bustling city of Bangalore. Just a minute walk to the MRT Station.

great front office staff(Day and Night) Tasty breakfast. English speaking and n very helpful staff. Two thumbs up for this hotel and service.

Quite comfortable and well priced. Not much of choice of Restaurants nearby.

This is the best value for money experience I've had. The hotel is at a great location, right by a metro stations, the staff is courteous and the rooms are very comfortable. They do charge a bit too much to arrange for an airport cab though, and the internet service should be made free, but otherwise a very pleasant stay!
