"Ok hotel"

We originally booked the Justa on MG road, however when we arrived they had some electrical problems and told us they had to shift us to their other branch off of MG road. So this review is actually for the Justa off of MG road not on MG road. The room which was spacious had mosquitoes in it already. The bathroom which only had a shower had no door to the glass shower so that the floor got wet. The TV was not so great and the AC made so much noise at night it was hard to sleep. They did not replenish toilet paper and soap everyday and enough for 3 people in the room. The breakfast option is not great at all, no options. The location is also not on the main road so you have to walk to get to any shops or eating places. None of the rickshaw drivers even know where this hotel is so we had to drop off at the mall and walk in everyday. The only good thing was Yashoraj the guy at reception, not only was he very polite, he went out of his way to help us book our tour to tirupati. He was very friendly and helpful. On the last day we were shifted back to the main Justa on MG road. Though we were there for only a day we can see it was still a better choice in terms of doors in shower room and overall appearance of hotel. The lady at reception Renuka was very friendly and wanted to know what she could do to help us feel more comfortable. Overall branch of Justa off MG road needs a lot of improvement.

"Pleasant Stay"

It was the first time I have been to Bangalore, and did not expect a nice hotel like Justa. The front desk staff - Renuka was friendly, helpful and informative. The hotel is located at quite a central location where transportation are easily accessible. The room is clean.
