Barry Hall Apartments

I loved apartment 2 at Barryhall! Clearly a beautiful old historical building lovingly maintained and renovated. Very spacious and stylish. Kitchen had enough utensils, pots and pans etc. Excellent location for walking to nearby shops, restaurants and the beach. It was also very quiet and peaceful there. Host Rita is lovely and very friendly and helpful. Great at communication. I really hope to stay there again on a future trip to Cape Town. I highly recommend this apartment to any future guests.

No complaints whatsoever but a little suggestion. An ice tray in the freezer for nighttime drinks would be much appreciated.

El apartamento es estupendo, muy amplio y cómodo, bien equipado y decorado con mucho gusto y con mucho cuidado por el detalle. Habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Buena ubicación, a un paso del paseo en Sea Point y a buena distancia del centro de Cape Town, con multitud de restaurantes alrededor y un supermercado en la misma esquina del alojamiento. Rita fue atenta y resolutiva cuando la necesitamos. Creemos que en verano el alojamiento resultará incluso más agradable, al poder disfrutar del exterior, del patio y la terracita...

Pasamos frío. La casa no está quipada para el invierno. Es una pena, porque la casa es estupenda...pero no nos apetecía volver tras el largo día de turismo porque estaba desangelada. La segunda noche pedimos a Rita que si por favor podría poner algun otro aparato de calor (solo hay uno en el salón, insuficiente para calentar toda la casa) y esa misma noche había otro calefactor en la casa, así que agradecemos su rápida respuesta. Estamos seguros de que la experiencia en verano es mucho mejor, la casa merece más puntuación pero nuestra experiencia, por esta circunstancia, hace que resulte un poco más baja... También señalar algo de ruido por parte de los huéspedes en el piso superior, se oía mucho, pero asumimos que son cosas que pasan y no son responsabilidad del alojamiento.

Emplacement dans un quartier sûr avec des supermarchés, des restaurants. Super pratique avec des enfants. Proche des activités touristiques du Cap. Rita et Zoliwe nous ont très bien accueilli👍

Loved our stay at Barry Hall. Close to the ocean, grocery nearby and close to transportation for city tours. We also liked having full kitchen, clean bathroom and spacious bedroom.

The apartment is in the most perfect position and close to everything. The staff were so welcoming and the place was spotless and so comfortable. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

We chose Barry Hall in Sea Point and it was the perfect location for our visit. We were a few minutes walk to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Flat was spacious and little area out back for outdoor.
