Personalen blev störd när jag bad dem städa rummet efter 3 dagars vistelse.

The two rooms were huge, along with the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Aircon worked well. We were up on the fourth floor and didn't notice any street noise. The fridges were good for small amounts of food and drinks. Staff were friendly and helped us with issues trying to work the safe box, which wasn't very intuitive. Only one of us used the inside pool but they enjoyed it. We didn't have the breakfast so can't say if it was any good. It was about 20min walk from Bangla Road and the beach so not too crazy with nightlife but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The internet wi-fi went down early in our stay and never came back. Lucky we had our own phone connections and we were not reliant on the hotel broadband. Also the password was supposed to be universal but only worked for one of the available networks.
