We arrived very late in the morning, and unfortunately, the experience went downhill from the moment we stepped in. The front desk staff were extremely rude, showing no warmth or basic courtesy. When we finally got to our room, we were shocked to find that the window in the bedroom was broken. we check with lady if they can give us other room they told us they don't have same room type that we booked so we adjust with same room at the end .To make matters worse, we were given a street-facing room. The noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep at all. We had only booked for one night, so we had to check out the next morning. You would think the checkout process would be simple, but again, the staff—another lady at the desk—was just as rude. There was no greeting, no conversation, just a complete lack of basic manners. I honestly don’t know what we did to deserve such treatment, but perhaps this is simply how the management runs things. I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a welcoming atmosphere, a safe and intact room, or a quiet night
