"We paid for 2 room price to be accommodated in 1 room."

Breakfast was decent, with different options.

The photograph on booking.com website showed, and presumed the room will include 2 single bed with 2 king size bed in the room, unfortunately we were only give 1 king size bed and 1 sofa cum bed in which 4 adults needed to sleep. Which is uncomfortable.

Great location. Handy shop over the road. Great for plane watching. 20 min drive from thorpe park which is what we went for.

We arrived in London Heathrow at 9pm we had messaged to say time of arrival, there was a message left on mobile saying they never had a room for us , and they had moved us to the Hilton in Woking the hotel was fine but cost us over a £100 in fares, which wasn't fair, Why were we not contacting during day instead of last minute message on mobile.
