Breakfast was better than expected. Location to Heathrow T5 excellent

Location was good for what we needed

We booked a double room only to be told on arrival there were none available so had no choice but to have a room with two single beds. There was also a disgusting stain on the carpet I between the beds. Couldn’t work if it was blood or sick. The view from the rooms was overflowing rubbish bins. The coffee at breakfast was below average.

Room 112 & 109 Unfortunately the receptionist was not helpful and polite we where family with children and my mother and the told us to take our luggage’s by ourselves to the room !!!!! But fortunately the head oh room service (Yassine) noticed us struggling with the luggage’s run towards us and helped us and he was ready a good view for your hotel, all our stay was good because of Yassine’s help I wished he is the one in the front disks not that one!!!

Convenient location.

It was very noisy throughout the night as we can hear next door arguing.

Easy to find good value booked stay before an early flight at heathrow. Room was clean and quiet.

Didnt get to have breakfast as had to leave before it opened. No option to pre order a packed breakfast instead.

They upgraded my booking which was lovely surprise Very pleasant staff.

It was on a dual carriageway so I had to do a U-turn, but not their fault!
