Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5 by IHG

Great value for money in Central London. The breakfast was great and was included in the price which was a result. It was booked in a rush due to delayed flights etc but can't fault it and certainly helped ease the pain of all the disruption!!!!

The hotel was quiet and we weren’t disturbed by any noise outside the room. Breakfast was. Good options and quality. Room was good size but bed was a little softer than we like. Room was clean but the bathroom door was badly chipped. Location was convenient as were less than 15 minutes from Maple Parking.

Cleanliness of the hallways. Overall the decorative state needed refreshing.

The room and the breakfast were very good. We were pleased with the security (e.g. only guests had access to the lift and the rooms) and although the parking was a bit expensive, at £16 a night, we were able to find parking even late at night. The dinner (not included with the room) was excellent! All members of staff were helpful and polite, and we were allowed to hang around for a while in the dining room after breakfast. There is also a separate lounge area and an M&S Extra across the road.

BEWARE: if your room is at the front near the (car) entrance, as ours was, the restaurant / night club next door plays extremely loud music till late at night! Our stay was over two nights (Friday and Saturday) and both nights we were 'entertained' by the music. On Saturday night I fell asleep to the songs around 12:40am. But, perhaps this is not the case for the rest of the week?

Room was a bit small when the sofa bed was opened up. There could have been back door from the parking lot into the building.

It smell clean the bed comfortable the breastfreast was really really good
