The general service was acceptable

We don't understand how one can call this a Terminal 5 London Heathrow Airport when it's a easy 20 minute drive ! after flying for over 15 hours this did not seem fair or a accurate description.

"Beware! This hotel is nowhere near Terminal 5!"

Clean and comfortable.

Not near Terminal 5 at all! Actually around 5-7 miles away and no shuttle service from Heathrow to the hotel. Even the taxi drivers didn’t want to do the journey as it is actually outside London! We found one who agreed to take us but. Charged £30! The hotel should not be allowed to advertise itself as T5, it is deliberately misleading.

Pleasant functional hotel. Comfortable. Quiet room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good security. On bus route from Heathrow airport to Slough. Good coffee and fresh bread with buffet breakfast.

Hot buffet breakfast choice a bit limited. Otherwise all okay.
