Very nice staff, great budget friendly option

It says T5 but was about 13 minutes from the terminal. Need to catch a rideshare to the airport to catch a train into town.

Staff were excellent and very helpful regarding bus back to Heathrow and replacement breakfast as had to leave before restaurant opened

Had trouble operating the lift, I scanned my key card first and pressed the floor button but didn’t move so I carried my suitcase and carry on bag up 2 flights of stairs
