The furniture in the room looked like it had been beaten up, there were places where the paint was missing on the wall, the mirror was hung crooked, just seemed like the whole thing needed a makeover.

Bed was great, all hard flioorng throughout the room which was cold, and the new fire alarm system is very sensitive, the steam from the shower triggers it to go off 😂. Staff were great though.

"Expensive for a Best Western, nobody to check you in....needed to yell for help. The phone to call"

Air conditioning did NOT work.....It was nice outside but still condensation on the windows running the AC.
