There was an issue with the room toiled from the first day. Over our 4 days stay they sent an engineer every day, said it is fixed, then the same issue. The only thing that changed was the person that they were sending, it started with the engineer, then the manager of engineering and then their director. After all of this, I got this message on the last night: “ Good evening Mr. … ! We would love to offer a bottle of wine to settle in for the evening as a gesture, may we deliver red or white wine?”

Amazing place to stay with family. Huge rooms and typical Four Seasons luxury. Staff is amazing and cater to whatever you want. Got Kosher marshmallows for our s’mores!

We have always loved 4seasons but this property really provided that human experience that one never truly gets anymore in 2024. We want to give a big shout out to Ms. Jessica Cowan for going above and beyond! We went during Easter weekend 2024 and was unfortunately hit by rain. Jessica and her team did an amazing job by giving our family a decorated hotel suite egg hunt. This was an amazing touch and incredibly delicate and detailed. We are so appreciative of the kids activities that she and her team put together. House keeping did a phenomenal job of providing us service and cleanliness. Front office staff member Sean was incredibly timely and professional. There was a staff in the kids club that did a phenomenal job with our small 2.5 boy and helped kids craft, painting and so much more. So many names, but it’s a shame we can’t give all shoutouts. The restaurant staff was amazing. They catered to our every needs quickly and calmly. Hotel valet staff was always nice and personable. Truly amazing! Thank you four seasons, you made our weekend a blast with a little one. Excellent food, great shuttle service, the restaurant from hostess to wait staff was amazing. Everyone always cleaning the gyms at both locations, just absolutely clean everywhere. Thank you, thank you all for busting your butts during Easter weekend and making it memorable. We will be back.

Wonderful property, very beautiful grounds, nice poolside areas with full service bar. Spacious rooms and the bedding is heavenly. Will be back again!

Receptionist Maykala and her manager (sorry we didn’t her/his name)went above and beyond to find us a room near the restaurant and swimming pool. It made our stay meaningful. Alex the restaurant manager is very attentive and made sure my wife’s birthday brunch was set properly with all the changes we made. He also personally came to our room to make sure our in villa dining experience and everything we ordered was delivered. Emily is wonderful and did her best to accommodate all of us during our brunch. We will be back soon and we highly recommend to stay here

My husband and I had a great time staying at the four seasons. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They ensured to have a nice surprise in our room as newlyweds. We look forward to staying at the four seasons again.

Can’t wait to return to this property. Quiet and ideal setting in the hills above the Aviara golf course. Other great courses nearby. Thoughtful staff and perfect setting. Restaurant was delicious. Rooms are perfect.

Amazing Staff. Jessica is Awesome. We only stayed one night but will be definitely be returning. Every staff we encountered were super friendly. The room, kids club and facilities were super clean. The room was very comfortable. They even provided a stuffy, smores and bubble bath toiletries for the kids. My daughter even hugged Jessica because she loved the place so much.
