Beautiful property. Service was excellent, other than the checkin staff was little too pushy trying to sell lounge access. Had an excellent meal at Hachi, which is a little over priced. The dim sum buffet at Fu Lu Zhu is definitely worth trying and worth the money.

My special occasion was amazing, thanks to the Sofitel team. It created remarkable memories for our 6th anniversary. Our room was upgraded, and the amenities were excellent, including a cake during the evening turndown service. Everywhere we went, we were greeted politely with warm smiles. A special shout out to Rida, who checked us in and welcomed us, and to Tola, who offered us cool towels and checked us out. We felt truly special, as they treated us like vip. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, where a staff member (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) was very knowledgeable about the food. Kea at the bar is a genius, I simply showed him pictures of my favorite drink, and he surprised me by making it just right. Thank you, man! The hotel looks elegant and iconic, with its environment beautifully enhanced by natural elements. Overall, it was amazing. Thank you again SO team. Well deserved!!!!!!!!

Absolutely delicious food with exceptional service! Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant has a great ambiance, and I truly love it here. Will definitely be coming back for another amazing meal!

This hotel is one of the best that I have stayed in and cannot rate it highly enough. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and eagerly interact with guests. The four on-site restaurants serve fabulous first class meals. A special shout out to Nai Rorm and Navann for keeping my room in impeccable shape during my six night stay, refilling my minibar daily and going that extra mile to ensure I felt right at home The swimming pools and gardens are maintained superbly too. Thanks to all the staff for such a wonderful time in your beautiful hotel and fascinating city

Great can do attitude of the staff

I used to stay in Sofitel Phnom Penh whenever I go to Cambodia since it was opened in 2011. Love their staffs. Very polite. Clean room. Beautiful flowers in the lobby. Very good room service after a long day work. Love their breakfast buffet. Thank you very much to Kimlay. She remembers what’s my favor food and coffee. Very professional, always smiles.
