Really lovely experience made by the hotel staff. Beautiful checkin experience and the lady (Anna -Maria) was so polite and thoughtful. The sushi was some of the best we’ve ever had at Hachi, but the small touches such as chocolate muffins for the kids and teepee setup really made this the 5* experience. Beautiful bar, breakfast setup and options were exceptional and we booked the hotel only 6 hours before we arrived so I’m honestly shocked at how perfect the experience was

What a fabulous hotel we had an amazing experience here. The Italian restaurant was superb and the breakfast was delicious. All of the staff were wonderful especially Thy who was extremely attentive and friendly.

Without any form of distortion, I believe no other hotel in town can offer magnificent and leisurious amenities the way this one does. This hotel is the best in the town of Cambodia's captial due to its convenient location, cleanliness standards, room hygiene, polite personnel, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. I believe both business and leisure travelers will be satisfied with this hotel, as they will surely find both comfort and entertainment.

An Exceptional Stay at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I arrived at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, I was especially impressed by the impeccable service and warm hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. Special mention to Ms Lou-Anne at the front desk and Ms Kim at La Coupole. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of French elegance and Cambodian charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my room was stunning. I loved the hotel’s amenities—especially the serene pool area, and the variety of excellent restaurants on-site, especially the French restaurant, La Coupole, and the Italian restaurant. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with an amazing spread of Western dishes (there was a separate restaurant Fu Lu Zou for Asian breakfast buffet). The location is ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from Phnom Penh’s main attractions. It truly felt like a luxurious oasis in the heart of the city. The gardens are a special feature with an interesting variety of plants and birds. Highly recommended—I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent hospatility, service & specially the dining. Food is wonderful with so many variety. I stay one & half month and not for a single moment I found any lec in their service. All the stufs are very generous & supportive.

From checking in to checking out and everything in between was fantastic club lounge especially Piseth assisted us. He was very passionate about his country and he was great to learn some interesting things. Our room is amazing Sunday unlimited seafood. Brunch was the best thing ever. Next time we visit we will stay for more than two days we didn’t realise how good Phnom Penh is and especially the Sofitel. A visit to the Gym was well worth it. There were many machines. The two pools were amazing, especially the one at the rear of the Sofitel anyone wanting to come and visit here we have a great time.

Lovely wonderful property. Well maintained and it was quiet when we were here, which is a nice getaway for a long weekend. Special shout-out to the team who was so attentive to all our needs - Piseth and Phano at the Club Miliseme, and Lou-Anne as the duty manager who is always around and ready to help.

I am currently attending a conference at Sofitel Phnom Penh from 26 - 30 of May 2025 and I can say that their rooms, lobby, outlets, food, and service are excellent. The rooms are always been kept clean and smelling fresh, complete with all the complimentary items a guest would need. My hats off to the outstanding service my housekeeping attendant has provided me, you are commendable, Soy Srey Roth.
