Absolutely Amazing stay Very warm welcoming and very high standard staff team. Super fast check in and check out process. Room 1107 is super spacious with very good views. Fantastic executive lounge at the ground floor with very delicious food and refreshing drinks and top standard service by the wonderful executive lounge team. The lounge has a very beautiful view of the hotel garden. The breakfast buffet is very good with wide spread selection of food and drinks. The Japanese restaurant is amazing and the food is super delicious. The Italian restaurant is amazing too in the food quality is very delicious. Gym is very good with good selection of equipments. Spa is amazing and the therapists and the treatments are all amazing. Swimming pool is world class and must be used during the stay to enjoy the water quality and the amazing staff. Many thanks and highest gratitude to the following amazing staff team: Malin, Tewe, Piseth, Nita and Phano. The hotel is Super High Class and offered unmatched high quality services. Vraiment parfait

I stayed at Sofitel for 6 nights. It is a very luxurious and friendly hotel. The front desk staff and even the doormen greeted me by name as I come and go during my stay. Lou Anne (Lulu) was especially friendly and polite. Thank you Lulu!

Excellent hotel, through out my stay, the staff at the hotel are very friendly especially Mr Piseth, he is really great person. Definately, I will choose this hotel again if I come back to Phnom Penh.

An oasis of calm and tranquility in the busy city of Phnom Penh. The kind staff are full of surprises including Piseth, Nita and Lou Ann with their thoughtful gift and sweet card. Pls go meet them and the rest of the wonderful staff.

The staff and the concierge were so helpful and exceptionally friendly and kind. Our driver, Mr. Lonely, was one of the best we have ever had - incredibly great guide to the city and even brought us umbrellas while we were touring the sites as it began to rain.

We recently hosted an event at Sofitel on July 26th, and I would like to especially thank Mr. Adarsh for his outstanding support and dedication throughout the planning and execution process. His coordination was seamless, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly—even being present on his day off to assist.
