ラウンジがあり、お酒おつまみも揃っていた。 職員の方も、フレンドリーで話しやすかったです。

ご飯の時お寿司の数が少なかった エッグベネディクトのパンが硬かった。 アメニティーに、浴場にクシが欲しかったかな。

Everything was great. Ignore the negative reviews, not from well-traveled people... Three of the onsens are currently under construction, but three are not. Two of those are the cave onsens, which is why you are there. They are great. Yes they smell like eggs because they are sulfur. That's how hot springs work. Make sure you stay in the main building, not the one up the escalator. Always opt for the Japanese-style room at an onsen in Japan. They will always be much nicer than the holding pens with beds for trashy gaijins. If you can't sleep on the floor, try a Holiday Inn. Buffet is a buffet. Don't expect too much. Also please don't let the Australians know that there is unlimited alcohol at dinner. This is my 80th ryokan in Japan and I would recommend it to friends. Considering three people had a nice room in a gorgeous location, two meals, amazing bathing, and unlimited alcohol for less than I would pay for dinner back in Manhattan I don't think I'd have any right to find fault.

山上館轉角房太平洋海景無敵 洞穴溫泉非常棒 山上館還有多一個專門的溫泉 用餐區隱私也有很好的安排

頗為老舊 山上館榻榻米房衣櫥跟衛浴臭舖味道重 退房時間10:00太早很不方便

ロケーション（朝日）が最高に良かったです

Spectacular onsen and panoramic terrace with ocean view. Felt like an authentic japanese family holiday experience, with picturesque Kii-katsuura setting and delicious Matsura-style dinner.

Large facilities from the 60’, sometimes a bit difficult to find the right way around.

溫泉浴池特殊造型。很大很廣。

2026 6月13日2樓聯通每館道路維修中不方便 吃個早餐 晚餐都要接駁專車…玄武溫泉也在維修………而且沒有甚麼休閒設施。期待修復後的元氣。 早晚餐性價比是不錯 菜色豐富！ 我知道貴飯店資歷很久70年，也希望修復後更完美。
