Exceptional value for money, room was very clean with an ensuite bathroom. Staff were really friendly and some very cute touches like a little bag of goodies for our daughter, colouring in pages in the lobby, free biscuits/tea&milk. Great place to stay if it's on your way, we were going to Leeds castle so it was super convenient.

For the price it was great. There was no Aircon, but we left the window open and it wasn't super stuffy in the evening (weather was 30°c highs), though quite a bit of general noise. Also no fridge.

Friendly staff, rooms clean, had everything we needed

The mattresses weren't that comfortable, to be honest, as our heads seemed lower than the feet end, and the mattresses on the pullout sofas could do with being replaced.
