Location is very convenient with good parking and e-charging. Super dog friendly in hotel and throughout services, the best we’ve experienced. Room and bathroom was very clean apart from bath plug hole that was clogged with hair preventing water to drain away efficiently.

Very tired and in need of refurbishment. Broken door locks, upholstery and musty smell.

Staff was absolutly brillant with us and the children even got exttra fan with it being so hot

Problem with water from the sink

The lady on the front desk was excellent and our family room was a really good size / layout, with the kids beds being in a whole separate section. Good temperature even in this hot weather.. 11am check out time is really helpful as often in hotels it is 10am. Liked the little extras - sweets on front desk and the availability of extra tea / coffee etc.

The bath tub in our room was in very poor condition but that's it.

Everyone was very friendly, and rooms were clean

Could of done with a fridge in the room too keep drinks ect cold
