"Convenient location, lovely reception staff but very poor maintenance of the room"

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming

It was not possible to change the temperature of the water in the shower, which was Very Hot! Also the taps in the sink were continually running, even if the taps were tightly turned off. Also one wall socket was badly broken

Staff were friendly, hotel was very dog friendly which was good to see

"Convenient for our needs and recommend its use if visiting Leeds Castle"

The room was basic but clean and met our requirements since we only used it as a base to visit relatives. Throughout the stay we found the staff to be very helpful and welcoming., particularly the lady on duty both evenings.

It stay was good so no comments
