"Good location, good price, but the renovations were done sloppy."

The updated appearance was appealing. The air conditioner functioned well. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

I noticed that the property was recently renovated. It looks nice at first glance, but the tiles were off, the paint job was subpar, and the bathroom tub creaked when I stood on it. The blackout window shade did not work.
