La Quinta by Wyndham Hinesville - Fort Stewart

I liked that I had a roof over my head but this was definitely a one and done hotel. When we checked in there was a young girl that checked us in. THE ONLY friendly staff member, oh and the chef the 2nd day at breakfast

ROACHES This page was not very clean. I saw roaches in several places. Nothing really looked clean, we had issues with our door. I don’t know what was going on with the handles here. I saw a room across the hall it looked likee the handle had been broken into lots of marks around the door, our bathroom door handle barely worked. The showers were terrible. The water dripping and it took FOREVR to get WARM, not hot.. warm. Plus the water draining was very slow, so the tub is filling with water while you are trying to take a warm shower. When we checked in there was a young girl that was very sweet and kind. This was also the first hotel where I stayed (I travel a lot) where the front desk doesn’t speak to you say hello, nothing! Between the dirty facilities and the cold staff definitely one of my worse hotel experiences. The breakfast was slightly different each day.

My daughter called me when she went down for breakfast and told me not to bother.

Left a blouse and was told it was there. When I had my friend pick it up they couldn't find it.

Room not properly cleaned and stocked. Was given wrong room. I booked a king suite and received double queens.

After traveling 8 hours stopped at LaQuinta. The furniture was rotted, outlets hanging by wires, bathroom water was a trickle at best. Too tired to complain that night. The next I brought to their attention. Manager said I didn’t bring it to their attention right away there was nothing she would do. Wrote to head of customer service & received no answer

Ok when we got there the young lady was great in getting us set up for our rooms. Rooms was very clean love it. The cleaning staff was great and friendly

My room was 220 the next day i had problems with the heat because temperature that night drop and were move to 317 that was fine. Then the next day as i was going to my friends room 221 notice when i was getting getting off the elevator to go out visit other family's and do some shopping there was a room with door broken, door nob torn off and as if someone tried to break in with a crowbar. Made me feel unsafe and others in my group also.
