Location

The bathroom needs to be updated, and the chair needs to be replaced. The heater/ac was not working properly.

the facility was clean

Have bad allergies and i had a room with carpet so I was sneezing and noise running and it was a patch of hair on the for and I came to bring my granddaughter to the pool for her bday and it was not working and close and it was a indoor pool! Very disappointed

The bed was comfortable.

The key didn't work to the room we were assigned so every time we left and had to get back in our room the not available desk clerk had to let us in our room. The carpet by the door was ripped, like an animal had been scratching at it. We had to push the carpet back to get in and out of the room. The shower, the tub was clogged so after being in the shower 2 minutes the tub back up like you were taking a bath. There's always an issue with the room I reserved. I reserve a 1 bedroom suite and its never available. They always have to give me a down grade room and not the room I reserved. The AC had stuff on it like it was mold or something

The staff was very attentive.

The cleanliness of the rooms. We had to change rooms because there were stains on the bed and curtains in our first room. The rooms are not like they look online. Our lamp shade was cracked and torn up. Our phone in the room never worked. The paint on the walls needs to be redone.

Bugs EVERYWHERE!!!! As soon as we walked in there were giant roaches on the walls in the room!!!!
