Overall it was an okay stay. The hotel clerks were great and professional. The room would benefit from updates of decor and functionality. Thanks.

The value and availability of a last minute room. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It wasn’t very clean. Many amenities in the room were missing. Two lamps contained no bulbs, no hair dryer, not enough towels, advertised as suite for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) but a king sized bed and twin sofa bed was not enough room even putting 3 people in king bed, only one tv worked properly- one would not change channels or anything even trying different remotes.

The key card didn't work to the outside door at first, but they fixed it asap and I appreciate that.

Privacy.

We travelled from DFW to Hinesville to visit my stationed in Hinesville with the Army. We booked two rooms that were supposed to be adjacent, or at least near each other. We ended up with one on the 1st floor and the other on the 3rd floor. My wife and I took the 3rd floor room. When we entered, the lights, tv and air conditioner were all on; however the room was hot! I thought perhaps they had just enabled power to the room and waited 15 minutes to see if it got any cooler. When that didn't happen, I returned to the front desk to let them know. I was offered another room on the same floor. When I swiped the keycard, I was shocked to see someone's belongings on the bed and in the bathroom! Thankfully the occupant was away, as this was about 2am! I know what I would have done if someone barged into my room while I was in there! I was given a 3rd room with working air conditioning, but barely acceptable (see below). My sister in-law rooms was better, but still not what one would expect for a LaQuinta Inn. Her room was uncarpeted, making it appear cleaner. The 3rd floor room got cleaned, be made, and fresh towels each day. The 1st floor room did not get this during our stay The condition of the hotel was bad! The floors in the hallways were absolutely disgusting! I made the mistake of walking out of the room without my shoes on, and had to promptly wash my feet off. During our 3 day stay, they were not cleaned. This was not just in front of one room, but down the length of the hallway! Furniture in the rooms was worn and damaged, and the light switches were cracked. I went to get some ice, and found where an ica machine should have been for our floor. I went to the 1st floor and looked for an ice machine there as well, but couldn't find one. I was eventually told that the only machine is on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was available, but not a lot of choices. They served fried eggs, turkey sausage and potatoes. I went down about 8:45 am, and everything including the coffee was barely warm. They also had a waffle station and some cereals available, so waffles were nice and hot.
