Easy parking not to crowded and very clean exterior

That back door of the hotel is so dirty and had a couple guys hanging out there sometimes.

Nothing, we had to leave and book with another hotel

Overbooked, and then the room we were given had a broken tv and AC!

change rooms twice the air conditioning wasn’t working properly

The agent on duty wanted to resolve the issue and kept working until it was resolved. A New Room, several times was the solution. One of the rooms even had a closet door that collapsed on me.

The facilities were dilapidated and the cards to the rooms had to be reset several times. The time that it cost me changing from room to room I could have been sleep. One room was hot and it is summer time in that area of GA, that's a no go.

Everything. We was put in a room that was 90 degrees. My kids 2 & 3 years old were literally dripping sweat in their sleep. The AC was not working. The shower had old bar of soap & used wash cloth in it, the bed was made but still had a males scent on it as if the room was not cleaned at all. We had to move rooms. Ac worked in the second room but the tv didn’t which was fine we just wanted to sleep at this point. The next morning different receptionist was loud and arguing with her boyfriend on the phone while everyone was trying to eat breakfast. She got up multiple times to eat breakfast (absolutely fine) however she should’ve waited till the cut off time for the guests or made sure everyone else had received food first. It was absolutely terrible.
