La Quinta by Wyndham Hinesville - Fort Stewart

Staff was very friendly.

The rooms had old furniture. the office chair to the desk in my room and another family member room had completely peeled. The door kept locking where we couldn't get in the room. Every time, I needed to go in the room. I had to call staff or the maintenance people to open my door. My room door had holes in it up under the knob. Some of my family had to change room twice because Tv wasn't working or their doors also. Elevator kept going out. Had to take stairs when this happened. Furniture in the rooms had stains and they were dirty.

Breakfast was ok

Filthy room...Filthy carpets...hot rooms. After they moved me into a different room the floors and chairs were apparently sprayed by a cat. Room had urine that was dried up in every corner. Its a shame when you have to mop the floors in the hotel before you let your dogs walk on them. This location need to pull down the that Laquinta sign and put up a Hinesville Kennels sign. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

The staff was great.They was there to help with everything;always with a smile.

That i couldn't stay longer

Location is nice it is outside of town. Nice people at the front desk. Room is pretty nice and spacious love how much space there is. There is a couple things that need to be updated and i feel like once they do. They will have even better reviews and ratings. There’s a door knob broken on one of the bathroom doors, some rust on the toilet paper rolls. And the chairs are stained pretty badly but again really just miner things!!But other than that love the room and will be enjoying my stay!!!

Erin gave me the most courteous, most pleasant, patient and kind full experience ever.

Very out dated. The tv only had one channel available, and it wasnt even a smart tv. The entire 3rd floor smelled like weed.
