Wonderful location and extraordinary staff! Every single staff member was above and beyond and these 3 made our visit extra special: Angie at breakfast! Karen at the front desk! and Joseph at the Valet! Others whom we didn't get their names- housekeeping staff member mopping while I was looking for the restroom- went out of his way to assist. Warm greeting and welcome from all staff. I travel a lot and this Marriott is at the top of my list! My first visit to Cincy and will definitely be back to cheer on the REDS!

The staff was very accommodating and the facility was clean.

The microwave wasn’t operational.

Bedding in general. For example, pillows can get hot and cause headaches.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The service provided by the entire staff was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I also want to highlight the maintenance manager, who did a fantastic job. There was an issue with the key, and he fixed it quickly and efficiently. His attention to detail and prompt response really made a difference. Overall, everything about this hotel was great, and I would definitely recommend it.
