thank you for your amazing services! we like everything, the resort and employee and our room! they even surprise us in the breakfast by amazing table decoration when they know we are on honeymoon! thank you for your spa voucher also 😊😇, people who working on buffet are totally amazing, the only things that I wish be there is a private pool for women or Hijab women 🧕

Bad Moos is a beautiful resort with lovely staff. Our room was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. With full board the breakfast and dinner options were amazing - well worth the expense and amazing service from everyone. The spa facilities were so nice after a long day of hiking, with the indoor/outdoor pool, saunas and relaxation areas. We stayed for our Honeymoon and they even surprised us with a nice dinner set up and a free treatment from the spa! would highly recommend!

The hotel has fantastic location, our room was big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The big bath was a great addition! Upon arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks, the staff prepared a small appetizer in our room as we were celebrating a birthday. Dinner was tasty and plentiful and the outdoor pool was just amazing!

Breakfast could have had more options. One day we got back to the room after 2pm and it still wasn't cleaned. We then had to ask personally which is not something you normally have to do at a 4star hotel. Otherwise everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!

SPA VIEWS FOOD

Location is quiet and beautiful with lots of hiking tracks. Next to cable car station. Views from our room and from the swimming pool is wonderful. Meals are excellent. Dinner with different themes and dishes every night. Staff are welcoming and room is very clean. Even the afternoon tea (included in the price of half board) is so varied and nice!

The meals were excellent. The food was amazing considering the number of people they were serving. We also saw the staff getting various things from around the property like herbs, etc so we knew it was very fresh. It was also excellent quality and taste. We loved Pejo and Stella and the bartender. The pool and spas were incredible. We loved swimming, and the sauna/spa/cool pool, etc were unsurpassed. We also loved the welcome drink. It was a fun reception as well as a good way to chat with other guests. The rooms were nice, cool lighting.

Our room was in the corner, so we did not get the benefit of opening the windows. The room just never cooled off even with the door completely open. Given how cool the air is at night, we hoped to be more comfortable sleeping. Also with the door open, cigarette smoke from below drafted into the room. Additionally, we booked a family suite for 5 people, and there was hardly room to walk, quite literally. One final thing we would say is that a concierge service would have been a nice addition for such a high end resort. For example, we asked about certain services at the front desk, and rather than the staff helping us, they just pointed us to an email address. It was a somewhat impersonal experience overall with the activities, etc.
