BAD MOOS - Aqua Spa Resort

The property is very beautiful and peaceful in a wonderful location. Breakfast is amazing and delicious. The location is really great - it's a bit quiter but you can still get to some restaurants really close and some of the best sights within 45 minutes (like lago sorapis hike and tre cime hike). We also loved the steam room and sauna. My massage was fantastic but my husband said his was okay. Overall, I would recommend this place for the location and peaceful atmosphere. Claudia, who works in the dining room, was absolutely incredible - very helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

The pillows and bed weren't the most comfortable but it wasn't too bad. Dinner was just okay - I'd skip including dinner and just get the breakfast because breakfast was fantastic. Eat at Martina pizza instead (SOOOO good). We also got laundry done and they didn't mention the prices and it came out to 200 euros which was an unexpected surprise. The bath treatment at the spa was also too cold so I didn't stay in it.

By far one of the best stays ever. The staff are extremely friendly and over lovely. The breakfast is outstanding. The facilities are one of the best ever. The pool view is nicer than any painting. This hotel is one of the best <3

Nothing Nothing Nothing

our room was somewhat overheated - Thermostat not functioning well. the electrical lighting system is unnecessarily complicated, somewhat. mysterious

The food we were served was not worth the money. Tasteless, low quality and cheap. We were really disappointed. The staff were not friendly. On rare occasion we met nice staff members, but the majority was rude, not helpful and annoyed. Especially the reception, the spa staff and the waiters in the restaurant (except Ingrit, thank you). The cleaners forgot shampoo and soap on the first day and forgot a dirty pillow case on the couch. We are not picky, but this should not happen for the money we paid. We were also not helped with our heavy suit cases and neither was the broken mirror in the bathroom fixed after we complained. It’s one of those places that will always be booked out in high season just for the convenience of the location, but it does not live up to the price you pay. We do not recommend staying at “Bad” Moos.

Gorgeous location with the ski life right behind the building. This is the absolute family vacation; Ski/snowboard and the spa for the parents, and the indoor pool and playroom for kids. The buffet and food was excellent as well
