Close to town/restaurants/waterfront. Spacious room.

There is not a separate sink for the cooking/food prep area. You are washing dishes in the same location as you wash up after the bathroom. Not ideal at all and the first we'd seen in any place we've stayed. I washed all the dishes before preparing our food/drink.
