Friendly and helpful staff :D The staff offered to lock our bikes in a container overnight instead of staying on the car, which we greatly appreciated for better security. Room was also clean and tidy.

The room was great and exactly what it shows in the photos and staff were really nice and are even mailing something I left in the room to me.

The only thing I can think of is the construction around the area which i know can't be help.

"Great accommodation in a convenient location with friendly staff."

The accommodation was clean and convenient, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, we walked everywhere in Rotorua. It was very good value for money.

At night it was a little noisy as it was by the road (which we did know so did expect), but it was not a problem. We were there partly during the week when it was quieter as opposed to Friday and Saturday nights.
