We stayed for 2 nights here whilst visiting family.The hotel is full of history and immaculate restored.From the minute we arrived all the staff were great.our room was lovely and clean beds very comfy.bathroom was a good size and shower. Was great.Breakfast was great.we ate both evenings in the restaurant and the food was wonderful.we both agreed this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in.we usually stay at the premier inn at Greenock but it was fully booked but next visit we will stay here.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Less than 10 minute walk to a train station which is about a 25 minute train ride to Glasgow Central.

A lovely historic hotel that has been kept nicely updated. Close enough to Greenock West train station and several bus stops that connect to wherever you might need to go. Upon check in, we were upgraded, but the room--while charming-- was up a steep spiral staircase, certainly not easy with luggage. The room was too warm and windows do not open, so a fan would have been a big help. Breakfast was pleasant and adequate, not over the top. Would stay here again, however, with these details in mind. Nice view over the park. A clean, comfortable overnight stay.
