"Very Poor, would not recommend"

I did not like the way I was treated, I believe I was overlooked because I am a female.

Very poor conditions, visible damage and dirt. Yelling and fighting (domestics) all night outside the room, loud music, so we did not get any sleep. Went to office in the morning to check out a night early as we did not feel safe, they said they would refund and to get in touch with booking.com but then they refused to credit the night when booking.com got in touch. They actually lied and said they would refund my second night accommodation. As there was no way we could stay a second night.

"Clean, comfortable and conveniently located with fantastic host, Robin."

Comfy bed. Handy location for what we wanted. Spacious room with everything we needed. Our host, Robin, was exceptional, so welcoming and accommodating. Robin you are THE BEST! The shower had a huge rose which sprayed the softest droplets.

Everything was brilliant the bed was super comfortable and when my own milk froze and went off reception gave me lots of milk pottles to keep me going. When I complained fridge was freezing all my food reception were quick to come and inspect - I had hoped it would have been fixed/replaced for my last night but no luck there. Hopefully it has been fixed/replaced for the person that stays in that room next, great having bus stop outside too and so close to Newmarket and trains

Accompanying staff when we arrived earlier than check in and the room still wasn’t ready they offered a temporary room knowing how long of a trip we just had.

Parking is a bit difficult as it’s not reserved but it is on site
