I liked that the room backed onto an outside sitting area. The customer service is second to none. My puppy was presented with gifts on arrival and I felt completely welcomed. The staff were really helpful and it was friendly, down to earth, nothing too much trouble, comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay, and will stay there whenever I visit Auckland. It was a really comfortable bed and quiet, which I didn't expect for Newmarket.

Location was great making it easy to travel to city centre. There us a bus stop right outside the entrance. Room spacious, bed comfortable, Good TV.

Parking is quite tight
