Roomy and location

Needs updating

The room was clean and tidy. Good size rooms, beds where comfortable. Bathroom was big.

Hot water system was a huge let down, you could only get 1 person at a time, than had to wait for half/hour for it to heat up

The bed was comfortable, the location was okay. The management and cleaning staff were very friendly.

The room was needing lots of repairs, the ceiling fan is off the ceiling, the blue tack hadn’t been removed from the wall, the dust on the bottom of the picture was so thick it hadn’t been dusted in a very long time. The fridge was also is disrepair. The door to the bathroom needs replacing. Lots of deferred maintenance needed.

Initial receptionist was nice and friendly

Avoid!! Stay anywhere else. This is by far the worst establishment I have ever stepped foot in. Upon checking into our first room, we were greeted by an unbelievably moldy ceiling and thick mold in the bathroom grout. Because my friend has asthma, this was an immediate health hazard. The walls looked like they hadn't been painted since the building was constructed, there were thick layers of dust on every surface, and the bedsheets were stained. When we requested an alternative, the receptionist moved us to a room that was only marginally better. While it lacked the pungent odor of the first room, we quickly noticed black hairs stuck to the bathroom walls, as well as more hair IN the bed, yellow pillows and stains on the bedsheets. We returned to reception to ask for another solution, but were told the manager wouldn't arrive for a couple of hours. When we went back later and waited 20 minutes extra of when we were told she would arrive there was no sign of her, we went looking for her ourselves. We found her with a stepladder and a scrubbing brush, bleaching the mold on the ceiling of the first room. (As a side note: bleach does not kill mold on porous surfaces; she was simply bleaching it to hide the issue and resell the room). When we approached her calmly and civilly, her response was shockingly hostile and unprofessional. She snapped, "Oh, you're here to talk about the cleaning?" When I confirmed that the apartment was dirty and neglected, she replied, "Well, I don't want to talk about the cleanliness, I don't care.". I won’t go into detail of how this woman spoke to me but I can tell you I have never been spoken to so poorly by anyone in customer service. Save yourself the hassle, the health risks, and the disrespect—book anywhere else.

Room was clean and smelt fresh as soon as your walked in. Great for a place to stay before catching the plane.

The only thing would be the parking- very small carpark - hard for bigger cars - could get in and out but not much room to turn around- if you didn’t have a car or just a small one you’d be fine..but that’s my only issue.
