Marina Bay Resort

DO NOT STAY OR PAY MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS AS YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK!! SCAM BEWARE!! This place is a scam. I paid for 3 nights this coming June 2026. Received a notice back in January 2026 that they will be closed due to a remodel and that I will get a full refund within 2 to 3 weeks from the notice. I have not received a full refund for that stay. I've called several times with no answer, sent several emails, and turned them into the State of Florida. And now I will be getting a lawyer to help solve this problem!

Room space

Pool closed , sauna not working , roaches in room. I didn’t sleep for two nights. Kitchen not equipped with can opener, pan for in oven.

The view and pets allowed.

Not what it appears , on line report . no pool or spa available. No dining area or free breakfast, game room closed at 5 pm. Microwave dirty no staff at desk after 5p. I felt afraid due to deserted on one side of the property.

The location was very nice and close to everything. The room was clean , a little dated but still nice and the staff was very pleasant.

The hot tub and pool was not usable due to maintenance or so they said and the mattress needs to be updated, was very uncomfortable. That being said it's a nice place and a decent value for the money just needs some updates and maybe better maintenance.

I didn't like anything at the hotel.

When my wife and I arrived, the room we had picked out was not given to us. The lady that took care of us was drunk. And gave us another room which the key didn't work. We went to her again and she gave us another key, it did not be work. Some opened the door with her master key, the room was nasty. It smelled like mold, and they had two damp x to collect moisture. The pillows were dirty, the tub was nasty. The whole place was really nasty and unsafe. We left, as what the pictures show is not what it actually is.
