No trash can, light didn't work, Noone every changed our linens or cleaned the room for the entire 2 day stay

The room was spacious enough, comfortable, and clean.

Need a small refrigerator and microwave in all rooms.

Trash on the ground, dirty linens rolled up at several doors on Friday and not picked up until Sunday. No housekeeping. They never made the bed, never furnished clean towels and only had one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Only 1 bar of soap. No creamer for the coffee. Ants all over the dresser. Front office staff incompetent. No air conditioning in the lobby. Charged me a booking fee. I was told it’s from Booking .com. It’s not. I don’t like this.

This place is horrible! We got to the first room the bed was not made! The next room smelled like mildew, had roaches and at 11pm some kids decided to play ding ding ditch on our floor! We decided at 11:45pm to just leave and find another hotel to stay in! Never again will we go back to Marina Bay Resort!!!!

It's close to the beach. It's an older property under new management. Staff working when we checked in, so nice!! We were a late check in, but she waited and didn't show any kind of irritation with us. The place itself is, ok, older...... but the pool and hot tub were clean and the place is well kept. There was NO foul odors at all!!!!! The beds are, comfy isn't something I'd say, but the bedding is CLEAN!! NO "items" that would lead us to believe any type of "critters" in or around!! Seriously, the property is very well kept!!!!! We had no concerns with staying there a couple nights and would go back and stay there again and again!!!! Thank you Marina Bay for a safe and clean stay!!

Very quiet, hot tub and pool were great.

Really nice customer service. Beautiful pool Could use some more towels in Room only had 1. But all in all I would recommend this place again
