"As good, probably better, than expected"

Given that this is a motorways services, it's functional accommodation, nothing more, and in that it delivered. Check-in was thorough, helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean though a little tired in places. I even had a pleasant meal at the services courtesy of a food voucher. Exiting southbound on a frosty, dark and foggy morning was interesting!

Marianne was extremely helpful and looked after us well lots of advice and directions. No bulb in my bedside lamp and bed slide as I sat on it. Room was fab, slept well.

Staff very helpful. Building very 1980’s with few electric sockets in room, poor double glazing and very dated bathroom. That said I was comfortable and clean and the staff were exceptionally good so I was quite content with my stay but some capital investment is overdue.

"Simply fantastic"

I arrived here early morning after a long journey and the staff members Monica and Emilia were quite simply fantastic.They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and my stay an extremely pleasant one. The room has a bath,shower,comfortable bed and us in a great location. Highly recommended!!
