The Orchard Cebu Hotel & Suites powered by Cocotel

This hotel does not cater for foreigners it is mainly Filipino oriented. ie breakfast. Overall this hotel is not the worst that I have stayed in, and it is very clean.

The Orchard Cebu Hotel & Suites I booked and paid for my stay supposedly last August 10-12, 2016. I arrived at the hotel around 17:00 o'clock and checked out at around 21:00 for the reason that the services provided by the hotel was poor. First, there was no internet connection inside my room. Even if I went to the lobby to possibly get a connection, the internet was very poor. Secondly, there was no manual of operation for the usage of the television and cable TV. The staff was not helpful at all. Therefore, I want to be refunded of the payment I paid. I hope to receive the refund immediately. Thank you.

i was quite disappointed when i arrived at the hotel because i have no parking space since it only has a very limited parking space. they really should improve on providing additional parking space to hotel guests, the staff and the guard were of no help either.

Room was not secure. The sliding window would not look. There was no safe in the room so had to take valuables with me.

Location was excellent for the event. Close to airport but not an airport hotel.

Worst service staff not very friendly found cockroach in room restaurant breakfast very bad will never stay there again

The hotel staff are very accommodating. My special requests like extra pillows, water, coffee, etc. were all given. Although the room given is not so nice, small room with small TV.

Large rooms,clean, reasonably comfortable. Good breakfast buffet included.

I was practically hotel hopping in Cebu which means I would know the difference right away I f I had a better experience or not because of the point of comparison. I can say, the Orchard was the least friendly one. I am considered a local and they don't seem to treat you fairly as they would to foreigners. I stayed in Be, Jpark, Richmond and the staff is far more accommodating and polite to us and very genuine to let us feel that they are happy to see us there. I hope the front desk officer smiles more and should constantly let you know what they are working on while you are waiting to be checked in.

we choose this hotel for price and location , it was a great value for money and located 5 mins from a huge mall. Staff was great , cheack in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again
