The Orchard Cebu Hotel & Suites powered by Cocotel

I can't describe how poor this hotel is! No window in room, AC dirty & not working properly. No WIFI, complained to staff but they were more interested in SMS's & reading the newspaper. Don't waste your money, much better hotels in Cebu for the money. Will not be returning!!!!

Very frendly staff that are most helpful in making your stay comfortable. Good security and decent coffee house. Had two extensions over an eleven day period. Highly recommend to all. Close to shopping Malls and eateries.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Orchard. What really made it a great experience was the friendliness of the staff. Not once did I see anyone that worked at the hotel, and them not greet me politely. This included everyone from housekeeping, the front desk and the guard at the door.

The hotel was ok but the free breakfast was not very good to small and simple. The food was over price and not well cooked better to walk to the mall for eating out. Location is ok you can walk to the mall in 5min. I would not stay at this hotel again.

location is easy to be found. girls in reception smile and nice all the time, please help me say thank you to the security guy~i like you dube! He gave me a lot of recommend and advises about where i should go and experience. And have to talk about the travel agent in the hotel, a Taiwanese who helped me a lot for booking my hotel and tickets of Bohol, nothing in return! Seemed like i was at home and every comfortable things around me. Breakfast's just so so, i really expected more, like i want a fresh orange juice in the morning, but it didn't provide, but a cup of orange shake, i took it anyway.

For what I need to do in Cebu, - Limited parking and the absolute worst thing was the extra hard mattress in the room. great shower tho, OK met my needs, the restaurant is fine and the surrounding area has much to do to keep you busy... Would stay again if it were not for the extra hard mattress.

Was quite surprised when Taxi puled off busy street into this Oasis of a fine hotel. Was greeted by wonderful friendly staff that were able to answer any question I had. Had a small problem with TV connection which staff quickly solved along with a lamp that had a testy bulb that would not stay put. Would give this hotel 5 stars for all it offers and will stay there again if given the chance. Big plus is mall is just short 5 min walk away and my room was super quiet from traffic noise. In hotel restuarant serves a very good complimentary breakfast to get you started on your day.

Honestly, to location is a pretty good distance for many of the attractions. However, the staff is very friendly and helps you have a comfortable stay.

the bed was hard, we had shoulder pain. its near j center mall and many resturents, but if you wanna go some other places, you need to take taxi and there is far to the beach. but it feels safe to waik in the night around!
